This is the "Kermit" 16610LV — a 40mm steel Submariner from 2003, black dial, green aluminum bezel, on an Oyster bracelet. Rolex made it for the Submariner's 50th anniversary, and it reads exactly the way a Sub should: legible, unfussy, ready for a suit or a rolled sleeve.
On a smaller wrist, 40mm is the honest sweet spot. The case sits flat with short-ish lugs, so it doesn't hang over the wrist bone or cant off the edge the way a wider diver does. The Oyster bracelet tapers cleanly and can be sized down to hug close, which keeps the head centered instead of sliding around.
The green bezel is the whole trick of wearing it. On black tie or a white cuff it stays quiet; against a gray tee or olive field jacket the green wakes up. It's a summer watch that behaves in winter.
