The desk behind the storefront

My Watch Dealer runs an active wholesale watch operation out of downtown Los Angeles, trading among dealers through the International Watch & Jewelry Guild. This storefront opens that same floor to the public — the pieces here are our trade stock, tagged at the trade number rather than a retail markup. Nothing is drop-shipped, and nothing goes up on consignment we haven’t handled ourselves.

Inventory and pricing

Pre-owned and unworn Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier and Panerai, plus straps and parts — each confirmed genuine before it goes up. Every listing shows two numbers, the card price and the wire price, side by side, so nothing changes at checkout. The card price is the listed price; paying by wire or bank transfer takes about 3.4% off. Major cards and crypto work too. Don’t see the model you’re after? Tell us and we’ll pull it off the trading floor.

Terms of sale

Every watch is checked on our bench before it ships, then sent overnight, fully insured, adult signature required, with a 2-year warranty on pre-owned pieces and 5 years on unworn. Seven days to return it if it isn’t right on the wrist. We’re active buyers on the other side of the counter too — bring in a single piece or a whole collection and we’ll table a same-day wholesale offer, paid out or credited against whatever you’re buying next.

Paperwork that travels with the watch

myWatchDealer.com is an Authorized MyLuxApp Dealer. Every watch sold here ships with a MyLuxApp-certified written appraisal and a free MyLuxApp vault account, and any watch you already own can be mailed in for the same document.
