A serviced movement with a receipt is worth paying up for, since an Explorer II service is not cheap and a dry, unserviced example can hide a bill.

What I would do: buy a clean 216570 with a full set, wear it on the bracelet, and put the saved money toward a service so it runs for the next decade without a second thought.
