Thirty-six millimeters is the size the Datejust was built around, and it shows most on a smaller wrist. The case sits flat, lug to lug, without spilling over the wristbone. No overhang, no top-heavy lean when you drop your arm.
The Jubilee bracelet does quiet work here. Its five-link build tapers cleaner than a flat bracelet, so it wraps a slimmer wrist instead of standing away from it. The fluted bezel helps too, breaking the light into narrow flashes and reading a touch smaller than the case actually measures.
Silver stick dial means it pairs with anything. Push a cuff over it and it slides under a shirt; roll the sleeve back and it reads as a plain daily watch. Fine in July on bare skin, fine in December over a thin knit.
